Casa Flores rental holiday apartments & town houses/villas:
Located near Cala d'Or on a quality built private complex of 20 houses
sharing 2 large circular swimming pools plus one smaller raised pool; the raised pool feeds 2 waterfalls which fall into the main
pools, the closest pool has a shallow area for younger children.
Our two holiday houses / villas provide either 3 or 4 bedrooms each, or 4 apartments
providing 1 or 2 bedrooms each, they are located on the same complex and are available for holiday rental for
family/holiday groups of 2 to 16
guests, our two houses are shown in the
photos above. The internal layout of each house is the same and are
fitted in very similar ways although furnishings do differ slightly; due to the
similarity of the two, the photos are predominately of
"Casa Flores 12".
Holiday
area: The houses & apartments are located within minutes walk of both the
village centre and 2
sandy beaches, so car hire is not essential.
They are in a wonderful area on the South Eastern coast
of the island of Mallorca
very popular for holidays; they are in the quiet village of Cala Egos next to the larger
vibrant holiday resort town of Cala d'Or, it is separated from Cala d'Or by the
attractive Cala Llonga Marina, home of many luxury yachts & cruisers.
Rental availability: The house and apartments are available for
holiday rental throughout the year, although the main holiday season is March to
November. Families or groups can be comfortably
accommodated by renting either the 1 or 2
bedroom apartments, or the whole house which provides 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
each with bath & shower, 2 lounges, and 2 kitchen/dining rooms; groups of up
to 16 holidaying together can be accommodated by renting both our
houses/apartments.
Accommodation:
Each
house has its own large private walled garden, plus first floor terrace balcony and a large roof
terrace with panoramic views, the garden & terraces all overlook the pool,
this makes it ideal for family holidays allowing you to relax in the garden
whilst watching over the children while they play in the pool.
All our accommodations are furnished & maintained to a high
standard with careful attention to detail, all have LCD TV, Sky satellite and
DVD, ensuring you enjoy a very comfortable homely holiday, also as we holiday in
them ourselves we maintain the "home from home" feel. Also as all rooms benefit
from full air conditioning & heating you will be kept comfortable whatever
the outside temperature.
Location: The apartments & houses are very close to
beaches (2 are about 500 metres away); plus bars, shops and restaurants catering for all tastes and
ages all are a genuine 2 or 3 minute
walk from Casa Flores; also if you prefer a public indoor
heated swimming pool is only half a mile away: everything making Casa Flores perfect for
a great holiday.
Local amenities
& well organised public transport mean car rental is not essential, a few minute stroll reaches
many areas and facilities, or the ‘Road Train’ (the Cala d'Or Express)
regularly circulates the locality and out to Porto Petro &
Cala Mondrago beach in the
nearby national park.
For those interested in exploring; the coastline not only features beaches but miles of walks, picturesque cliffs and quiet sandy beaches. Also accessible by car or
taxi,
are local towns, villages and mountaintop monasteries, all well worth exploring; many
of the villages have regular market days plus other festivals
throughout the year.
Golf:
Anyone seeking a golfing holiday, the fantastic Vall
d'Or golf course beckons and is only a 15 minute car/taxi ride away. The
golf course rests on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean offering not only
a great game of golf but also stunning views, their restaurant is also worth a visit
whether it is to finish a great game or as a visitor wishing a good meal
while taking in the excellent views from the restaurant.

The open aspect of the complex makes our villa, house and
apartments ideal for holiday rental and vacations, the 2 bedroom apartment and 3
bedroom villa gives you the comfort and convenience of your own walled garden
leading down to the poolside, allowing you to relax in the garden, have meal or barbeque
whilst watching the
kids play in the pool.
Internet: The villas & apartments have access to the
broadband internet access provided by the complex via secure Wi-Fi Wireless,
this can be used with most PDA's or Laptops.
Weather latest: Use the information links below for the
latest weather in the capital city of Mallorca, Palma; note that the weather can
be quite different in Cala do'or and is generally dryer & sunnier than in the
city.
