The living accommodation benefits from a spacious through lounge with dining area and linked kitchen, it has 2 bedrooms each with built in wardrobes, plus the 3 seat sofa in the lounge converts into a comfortable double bed, comfortably sleeping up to 6 people; door open onto a large patio and your own private walled garden.

Lounge: Spacious lounge with LCD TV and UK Sky satellite reception, you can watch your favourite movies on the DVD player or to allow the kids to relax before bed after a busy day at the beach or in the pools.

Dining room: A large table with seating for 6 places.

Kitchen: Fully fitted with granite worktop, appliances include: hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, crockery, utensils, washing machine, clothes airer, iron/ironing board.

Utility room: A large secure room accessed from the kitchen, installed is the automatic washing machine, there also a washing line for airing clothes, the utility room also provides additional storage space.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a large continental double bed, bedside cabinets, table lights and large built-in wardrobes; the second bedroom has twin beds, bedside cabinet, table light and built-in wardrobe. A safe for your valuables and a hairdryer are provided.

Outside: The lounge sliding doors open onto a large patio, then a large (9m x 5m) private walled garden which leads down to a gate onto the paved poolside. There is a table & chairs, parasol, sun loungers and a barbeque.

Swimming pool complex: The 3 communal pools are shared between the 20 houses making it a great social and fun attraction allowing the children to mix with other. The pools consist of 2 large 9m diameter pools, plus a smaller 5m diameter raised pool with bubble-jets and feeds 2 water falls dropping into the main pools. The nearest pool at the end of the garden has a walled off shallow area suitable for toddlers & younger children.
