The living accommodation is extremely spacious and extends over 3 floors,
this may be used as 2 self contained, secure, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments; for
example where friends travelling together prefer their own space:
Ground floor - provides a large through lounge with dining area and linked kitchen,
2 bedrooms one fitted with a kingsize bed, the other with two single beds
and each with built in wardrobes.
First floor - provides a second lounge with linked second dining kitchen,
a double bedroom with a kingsize bed, with built in wardrobes and
en-suite bathroom with bath & shower, the lounge sofa converts into a double bed, allowing up to
8 adults to sleep in the house.
The first floor accommodation can either be
used as additional bed & living rooms, or it can provide independence for
friends or family travelling on the same holiday.
Outside: Ground floor - a paved patio and a large
private walled garden leading down to a gate onto the paved poolside which has
table an chairs and sun loungers. First floor - outside the lounge is a balcony, this links with a large
terrace with table & chairs, this can also be reached by French doors from the
bedroom. Second floor - a large roof terrace with sun loungers, has beautiful 360 degree
panoramic views over the district and into the distant hills.
The pool complex is shared between the 20 houses and provides 2 large
circular pools with a diameter of 9m, plus a smaller 5m diameter raised bubble-pool which feeds water falls
dropping into each pool. The nearest pool at the end of the garden has a walled
off shallow area suitable for babies & small children.
The large private garden makes an idea location for playing with the children,
or relaxing in the sun while watching the family entertain themselves in &
around the pools.
