The living accommodation is extremely spacious and extends over 3 floors, has a private walled garden, patio, large first floor terrace plus a large private roof terrace with panoramic views.

It has 2 distinct living areas, each with their own lounge, kitchen & dining facilities so providing 2 self contained, secure, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments; for example friends travelling together may also prefer their own space.

Ground floor: Provides a large through lounge with LCD TV, UK Sky satellite & DVD, dining area for 6 with linked kitchen; 2 bedrooms, one with large continental double bed, the other with two single beds and each with built in wardrobes, plus bath & toilet.

First floor: Provides a second lounge also with LCD TV, satellite & DVD, a second dining kitchen, adouble bedroom with large continental double bed, built in wardrobes & en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, the lounge sofa converts into a comfortable double bed, allowing up to 8 adults to sleep in the house.

Ground floor - The lounge sliding doors open onto a large patio, then a large (9m x 5m) private walled garden which leads down to a gate onto the paved poolside. There is a table & chairs, parasol, sun loungers and a barbeque.
First floor - The lounge opens onto a private balcony & large terrace with breakfast/dining table and chairs for 4.
Second floor - Large lead up to a large roof terrace with sun loungers and beautiful 360 degree panoramic views, ideal for topping up your tan in peaceful privacy.

The 3 communal pools are shared between the 20 houses making it a great social and fun attraction allowing the children to mix with other.

The pools consist of 2 large 9m diameter pools, plus a smaller 5m diameter raised pool with bubble-jets and feeds 2 water falls dropping into the main pools. The nearest pool at the end of the garden has a walled off shallow area suitable for toddlers & younger children.

The large private garden makes an idea location for playing with the children, or relaxing in the sun while watching the family entertain themselves in & around the pools.
