Casa Flores (b); our first floor, 1 bedroom apartment.

The living accommodation benefits from a lounge with linked kitchen diner, it has 1 double bedroom with a kingsize bed, the bedroom has built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with bath & shower. The 3 seat sofa in the lounge converts into a double bed, allowing up to 4 adults to stay in the apartment.

First Floor Lounge

Lounge: has a 3 seat sofa which also converts into a double bed, and a pouf, for entertainment a LCD TV with UK Sky satellite reception and a DVD player is provided.
Dining area: is fitted with an extending oak finish table and seating for 4 places, all china, cutlery, cups & glasses are included.
Kitchen: is fully fitted with granite worktop, appliances include: sink, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, crockery, utensils, washing machine, clothes airer, iron/ironing board, hairdryer.
Bedroom: the bedroom has a kingsize bed, bedside cabinets, table lights, large built-in wardrobes, and en-suite bathroom (see below).
Bathroom: this is fitted with a bath and over-bath shower, low level suite and a sink with mirror.

First Floor Kitchen & Dining Area

The first floor double bedroom benefits from en-suite bathroom and shower, French doors open from the bedroom onto a large terrace, this has open views over the garden, pools, Cala Egos and beyond the blue Mediterranean sea.

Outside, the lounge patio doors open onto a balcony which joins a large terrace with table & chairs, this can also be reached by French doors from the bedroom. Steps lead up from the balcony to a large roof terrace with sun loungers, this has beautiful 360 degree panoramic views over the district and off to the distant hills. A second balcony to the front of the house is reached by a door from the kitchen.

The balcony and terraces overlook the pool complex. The pools are shared between the 20 houses and provides 2 large circular pools with a diameter of 9m, plus a smaller 5m diameter raised bubble-pool which feeds water falls dropping into each pool. The nearest pool at the end of the garden has a walled off shallow area suitable for babies & small children.
